Goals
Participate in
the selection and development of strong local, county, and state Democratic Party strategists, leaders, and candidates —
especially women — to win at all levels of government. Help formulate a winning Democratic agenda for Ohio. Advocate and promote Democratic positions,
issues, and values by forming coalitions with other local, state, and national organizations.

Katie Solender The role of the Steering Committee Member: - Along with other Steering Committee members, work towards furthering the goals and aspirations
of the CDWC;
- Attend monthly meetings, which are generally held on Sundays
at 9:30 am. Most are held via Zoom, and some are in-person;
- Attend
CDWC-sponsored events throughout the year. This includes CDWC programming, the annual brunch, candidate events, etc.;
- Sign up to help on a CDWC initiative or program, or plan an event of your own with Steering
Committee approval.
Note: A paid CDWC
membership is required for serving on the Steering Committee. Annual dues are $40.
