Cuyahoga Democratic Women's Caucus

Goals
  • Participate in the selection and development of strong local, county, and state Democratic Party strategists, leaders, and candidates — especially women — to win at all levels of government.

  • Help formulate a winning Democratic agenda for Ohio.

  • Advocate and promote Democratic positions, issues, and values by forming coalitions with other local, state, and national organizations.

The role of the Steering Committee Member:
  • Along with other Steering Committee members, work towards furthering the goals and aspirations of the CDWC;
  • Attend monthly meetings, which are generally held on Sundays at 9:30 am. Most are held via Zoom, and some are in-person; 
  • Attend CDWC-sponsored events throughout the year. This includes CDWC programming, the annual brunch, candidate events, etc.; 
  • Sign up to help on a CDWC initiative or program, or plan an event of your own with Steering Committee approval. 
Note: A paid CDWC membership is required for serving on the Steering Committee. Annual dues are $40.
